Terrible service

Received the worst service @Sportscene Westgate mall yesterday. Wanted to buy some clothes using MoreTyme and she kept on telling us that the system is offline with a very bad attitude. Didn't even bother to contact the head office. I ended up contacting the head office myself and I was told to go back in store and ask the lady to call them as she was the one who was supposed to make the call in the first place. I went back and told her, then she got upset and complained that 'there will be load shedding soon so why would the head office want her to call'... We left empty handed because she went to the back to 'make the call' Which I don't think she did. I will never be going to that shop again because they are of no help and they clearly do not care about customer satisfaction. Wasted so much of my time. 😠
