Terrible Service at Sportscene N1 City

I have a mixed review for the Sportscene franchise I was helped wonderfully at the Sportscene at Canal walk this week the sales person was super helpful and helped me find a size shoe that was not at that branch. According to the system the shoe I was looking for was at N1 City and gave me the exact SKU code for the item. Upon visiting the branch I was met by a very unhappy sales person who DID NOT want to hear about the SKU code even though I handed it and said to her please check for THIS stock code on 3 separate occasions, I was ignored and apparently the item was not available , perhaps if she were to check the code LIKE I ASKED the item would be on the system as it said it was. Regardless its not about the fact that the item may or may not be in the store, its about the HORRIBLE service and how one is treated when visiting the N1 City branch, never the less Im going back to neither to find what I'm looking for.
