Terrible service and they don't give refund.

I ordered shoes online, which I received very very late and when I received them they were both left footed, I returned the shoes, which by my surprise they sent the courier very fast to collect the shoes, but now getting my refund is a terrible hustle. I have to call them almost everyday and they ask me same questions, not only that, they tell me they will call me back after the speak to the finance guys which they never do. The cost of calling them is close to my refund money now. I received a terrible service from this guys and I will never order anything from them.
