TERRIBLE SERVICE

Sportscene sucks!!!

I placed an order online for shoes and they sent the incorrect size, when I logged the return and complaint nobody responded, to this day I have not received a reponse from them (2 weeks later). I have had to make calls to follow up, and have not received any useful assistance or any useful solution and NO APOLOGY FOR THEIR ERROR!!!

I am forced to go to the store when I opted for the online option. If they had done their job right, I would not have to go to the store and I dont see why I must be INCONVENIENCED because they messed up. Nobody even called to advise that they did not have the right size.

I am extremely DISAPPOINTED AND DISGUSTED in the lack of service and lack of assistance from Sportscene and the TFG on the whole.
