terrible service

so I have placed an order on the 27th of august and I only received 3 out of 5 items due to short stock and damaged goods.

I have called the call centre numerous times to get a refund but everytime I call i get a different story, the first time is was i will put in a request the second time was it takes 7 to 10 working day, Please tell me does it take over 1 month to put through a refund?

I understand we are going through hectic times but bad service and lies should not be tolerated.
