Terrible service

On the 22 October 2019,I bought puma flip flops from Sport scene Polokwane Mall of the north, I picked the pair from the shelf and went to check out point , I asked if there is more stock of the same pair and size , the Checkout guy said yes I asked if I could get a boxed pair because he took the shoes and packed them in Foschini bag, (which I didn't mind) because they never have sport scene branded plastic at sport scene mall of the north but always have at Savannah mall store and their downtown store . he told me they ran out of boxes then later said they threw all their boxes away. I couldn't understand because I have never bought shoes from sport scene without a box flip-flops , sneaker,and sandals , till yesterday. Presentation for me is key . I usually buy shoes and ship them to my sibling , now i have to buy a box .They service was terrible ,The shoes where dirty he and unboxed. The plastics I don't mind but a box.
