Terrible online experience and ********* practice frm Sportscene

ive order a pair of sneakers p*** on the 2 May 2020 ysday i got an email saying they dont have those sneakers anymore but when i check again today 09/05/2020 there is 1 pair (size 8), i then called them asking whats going on wasted my airtime again and as i told them they must send me a size 7 and the lady said i need to make a new order and the price today is R205,00 more and she told me there is nothing she can do and there are no manager i can go ahead and complain . this is ********* of sportscene and after this am going to social media this people think they the only one selling sneakers and there are a lot of overseas online platform since S.A they dont know customer service.
