Super terrible, worst service ever

I am a father of 3 children with not a lot of money, on the 27 Sept 2023, I took my lunch break, went to SportScene Cape Gate Mall, all I wanted is to make a Laybye for my children because I can not afford to pay cash for sneakers, I ask a assistant to help me she did not know much about a laybye or maybe she just act stupid I told her to get someone who can help me, the next lady come i ask for a size in a sneakers she just disappear, I ask for a third person to help he said they dont have the size he went help someone else who want to buy cash, I was not finished, I told him it look like they are very busy because I dont get the help I ask, He told me I must come back later, the way they tread look like Sport Scene make to much money, not to care about a customer who wanted to make a lay-by of 4 pare sneakers because I needed a pare for myself, I know I look like someone with no money but to be treated like that was feeling worst the a security guard watching you to see if you not *****ing I am going next to a different SportScene if I still want to give u business,the one at Cape Gate was close to my work , now I have to go on my off day to another one, but they could have help me better.I work in retail believe if you buy a s**** at my place of work you will fee appreciated for your business at my place of work. This is by far the worst service I ever get, just because I wanted a ly buy.
