Such an embarrassment your gave me

<p>Earlier 2011 I've opened an Foschin account in one of their brand line called Makhams. I paid it off around 2013 and I left it like that though I still had a card with me. Last week a of friend of mine past away and needed some jacket to attend his memorail service. I didn't have money at that time so recall that I had a Markhams card. I went to Balforpark Mall and I was told that they couldn't help me cos they were offline. I then drove to Rosebank Mall where I was told that my card is having an unemployment block code. To my surprise I never stopped working since I left school. The sales associate called the credit dep to updated my details of my employment since m blocked. Unfortunately I couldn't find the jacket that could fit me . I left the store with an idea that my card is now activated. So the worse happened when I was in Greenstone Mall doing some work and my old shoes were hurting me so bad. Once again I left work and I went to Sportscene to buy something comfortable...The guys were so helpful, I wore the shoes instantly and I took my old one's and put them in the dustbin cos I had the new pair on. To my surprise I was told my account is not active and I need to go to Markhams to do card replacement. Really guys...with walk of shame taking the new pair of shoes off going to pick up my old one's from dustbin putting them on again infront of other clients and your staff members. I've never be embarrassed like that in my whole life by a retailer I've trusted. This one of the reason I paid of the cos of your ADMIN. I'm shocked for such errors in such a big clothing retail especially in this hard economic times. You really embarrassed me today.</p>
