subscribing to TFG cellphone Insurance it just waste of money

This people are **** and the only update you only when you complain on platform like this. what arrogance from lady from sunshine insurance ,she keeps on blame shifting and pointing to the store. she promised to call after 4 minutes she never call. All need is senior manager from TFG cell phone insurance because I cannot stand to all lies ,blame shift and incompetence that sportscene in Festival mall did to my claim. I booked my phone on 18 November 2017 and today 28/12/2017 no one bother to update me.
