Stupid entitlement

So the staff at Sportscene Alberton City really enjoy this bad service they give us. I had a package that needed collection and i asked someone to get it for me. Its fine i understand he did not have my id but his but why must he be told he must beg one of the staff members to go get it without my id. Be really? He was told to grovel. They need to be reminded they are at work not not some who's in charge club. Another reason i am closing my account, bad service
