Struggling with the payment of my cellphone insurance

<p>I have a cellphone insurance which i have been paying ever since January via my sportscene account but this month of june my account was never billed with the amount i must pay for that insurance. On the 22nd of june, i received an sms detaling that my total due was R0.00 and that suprised because i know it must be more than that due to insurance. On the 27th i went to Markham and the lady by the name Cindy helped me with distinctions, she phoned all revent dept and the last person she spoke with was Chat frm customer service and he told the Cindy that he is going to hend my details to his supervisor for what i do not know. Today (29th) i went to sportscene at Bloem Plaza and my balance was still R0.00, i then pain R44.00 for my insurance and after payment my balance is -R44.00, went to markham Bloem Plaza and another consultant told the guy whom phoned on my behalf that my insurance was cancelled on the 27th and i want to know how is that possible? before then, he phoned insurance dept and gave them my FIN number and they confirmed that insurance was sitll active and the mini statement i got from Markham also shows that i have been paying that insurance every month. Please can someone from TFG account dept tell me what is going on and sort it out before they can tell me their problems because they are not mine. </p>
