Stop ripping people off

<p>Something that I experienced at one of your stores that is still troubling me : I bought a phone at sportsscene in JHB CBD, the phone had a manufacturing fault. I took it back. After almost an hour of conflict, fortunately(I'm a techie)I was able to convince the staff that it was indeed a manufacturing fault.</p> <p>They gave me a new phone, as I was in the process of getting the phone, I noticed something pecu****, one of the staff member took the phone that had a manufacturing problem and placed it on the display for reselling. I hope the less tech savvy people(our moms and grand mothers, the elderly) were not exploited to phones that the staff know that there is a problem.</p>
