Still waiting

I was promised a manager call back nothing was told I'd be contacted by 12 no response the advisor was rude to me. I have paid for something it left my bank account has not received anything no resolution I want my money but they coming with their excuses no response the bank can't help me. They always response we will have a look into this but no response or resolution no form of compensation as I had to take my time call my airtime which costed me R700 losing out money and airtime and that's without the products price
