Still can't find my missing order

On the 1st of November I ordered online and since receiving confirmation about my invoice being placed online on the same day which was still 1st of November I try to track my order but every time I put my order number and cell phone number/email is says 'No order could be found for given order number and email address/Phone Number', I've tried several times to check it and even emailed multiple emails in response they kept on asking me for my order number and after that nothing. I'm really angry with the service I've got with tfg honestly I don't think I will ever order online anymore
