staff needs training including their assistant man

I was looking for all star I went to shoes department only to find that the was two prices than I had to find some one to help I saw two staff members I asked for help the guy who was eating chappies gave me attitude and I asked for manager he showed me a guy who at the till the guy eating chappies referred me to a lady who just left me standing I went to the till and asked for manager I was told by the guy whom I was referred to that he can't help me as he is not a manager and a customer who just walk inn asked me to calm down but the way I was treated its so unprofessional please train ur staff customer service I m so disappointed
