Spotscene bad customer service

At Spotscene in Piet Retief their rude manager by the name of Zinhle over charged me in January she said their will refund me within 7 days if I do an inquiry till today no feed back nothing I called spotscene customer service but still their didn't help me I want my money you guys from spotscene you can not take my money and keep quiet you are not saying anything to me I want my money wena zinhle manager nobu rude!!!!!!!!!!!!!
