SPORTSCENE'S SHELLY BEACH EMPTY VOUCHER PROMISES

On Tuesday, 25 August was my son's birthday so I went to Sportscene Shelly beach to buy him a phone. Sportscene had a promotion on display that when you purchase a HUAWEI Y5P you get a R100 TFG voucher,

Needless to say, I did not receive the voucher. when I enquired about the voucher on the day I was told two stories. 1. That the voucher will appear on my account. I then decided to buy airtime with it. The story changed to 2. That I will receive the voucher via SMS on my phone before the end of the day. The day went by, Wedsneday went by, on Thursday I went back to Sportscene again; after I had sent a facebook message to SPORTSCENE's page and even sent an email to customer service TFG with no response.

The manager of Sportscene did not know how to handle the situation and did not know how to issue the voucher. He was on the phone for over an hour asking around about the voucher. After all that he came back to me and told me that the voucher was a staff incentive which made no sense to me.

Yesterday, Monday, August 31st; I went back again om the hopes that this may be resolved. Another female manager who also seem lost tried with no success to sort out this voucher problem ended up telling me that no one knows about the voucher. She's phoned customer service and head office, no one knows how to assist her.

This means SPORTSCENE displayed a lie, they are lying to customers. They make promises that they cannot keep.

This is very disappointing since I have been a TFG customer for as long as I can remember, this has never happened to me. SPORTSCENE WHAT IS GOING ON? ARE YOU DISPLAYING AND PROMISING BOGGUS VOUCHERS!!
