Sportscene Voucher and Customer Care

I have received a voucher from the R200 TFG voucher which was suppose to expire on the 5th of April, when i tried to use this voucher it did not work on the 5th of April. When I email the TFG online team I got a responds saying the voucher had expired on the 31 March 2021. The SMS clearly stated it will expire on the 5th. I reported this issue and followed up on numerous occasion during the month of April and I am yet to have this issue resolved. I was fair and waiting for the issue to be resolved but now I will not recommend anyone to use the online TFG platform. PS the customer care is clearly not trained to handle issues promptly with correct answers.
