Sportscene Vangate Mall = Absolutely disgusting service

Visited your Sportscene Vanagate Mall branch today after I called on Sunday to find out if I may order a sneaker that is not available at the store or online. The consultant told me sure, just come to the store and pay for the sneaker up front. Spent time and money going to the branch only for non-chalant staff to tell me that this is not possible as the sneaker is unavailable online. Had it been available online, they would be able to assist me. Why would I go to the store If it was available to purchase online? Why would anyone need help from the branch staff ordering online?? I call a different branch which then tells me oh it is possible to order from another store (Archive n1 city) I just need to pay R50 for them to IBT the sneaker to desired store! So then WHY is this same service not available at Vangate mall which is my closest branch? I can't get to n1 and I can't get to Canal walk! The way Vangate mall is so unhelpful is totally disgusting. Fix this!
