Sportscene Vaal mall

I've ordered two pairs of reebok classics white sneakers last week and received both yesterday morning. However, one of them were completely dirty as if it was taken off from the shoe rack in store where customers are allowed to fit on. I mean I paid full price for this shoe and Sportscene in Vaal Mall just sent me this. I am so unhappy and frustrated, the online service is meant to be a convenient service but this just made me not want to purchase anything online anymore. Very disappointed!!!
