Sportscene - unprofessional and waste of money

I bought my son a pair of airmax at sportscene golden acre (the one close to bus station) valued at R1799.99 - i bought a size 4 as that is his size, but when we got home and i fit it on for him we realized it was small, now airmax has a very narrow front and its leather, if you fit it on its starts to make a line on the top of the shoe as you try and get it on your feet. We took it back to the store and the manager decided to have a full on argument with me (the customer) and it was embarrassing, as already there is no professionalism in this store. They absolutely refused to help me get a different size takkie for my son. i just wasted R1799.99 at Sportscene!! Never again. To think they will blatantly not change the shoe- disgusting, no customer service.
