Sportscene trying to drown people in debt

My mom opened a account with the said company. The initial debt was 10k and she missed a few payments , then made arrangements to pay 500 monthly. That was done , she later stopped because the balance was not decreasing. Instead the balance kept going up , I started paying the account 1k and it still kept going up. They kept the bale at 17k and when I enquired they said it was interest. I asked them how do they charge so much that when you make payment the balance just stays the same. No answers and just run arounds. Now the account is at 19k and they have been getting payments. I want it to be known that the service we received from them is the worst. If there's any lawyer who can help with this please get in touch with me , I'm taking the legal route because they trying to ******* an old lady.
