Sportscene Trade Route Mall

My husband went and purchased sneakers for me at Sportscene Trade Route Mall, he asked for 4 the sale went through. When he got home I opened the box to find a size 4 and a size 6. I would like to just find out where is the professionalism in this store , the sales lady who assisted with the box didn't check the shoes , and the teller that was doing the transaction failed to check if the box had both shoes and not damaged with the correct size. I went back to the store on my time , money wasted to sort this out, again the store is a mess everyone is everywhere I waited a good 15 minutes for then to find me the other 4 sizes, so am actually wondering how do they keep wrong sizes in one box, how many people get this. My time and petrol was waisted of something that could have been avoided. This is actually not a #WIN on sportscene side, am so disappointed in the services.

I work in customer service and I don't think this store is in order. I personally believe this could have been avoided if everyone was doing their job efficiently and assisted customers in a proper manner. The guy that did the mix around never even apologized he just stayed at the back and let some other lady assist me. I believe his name was Monde if I heard correctly.

May the store please improve on its service because their definitely not on a #WIN.
