Sportscene (TFG) which is the order is lost.

Good day

I'm a very disappointed customer as we speak. On the 24th of November, I bought shoes from Sportscene (TFG) with 50 percent off and received my invoice together with the tracking number from the store. On the 24th during the day, I received a message from their courier which is Pago to notify me that they have picked up my parcel and I can expect it within 3-5 days. I called them on the 2 of December to find out about my order and they told me that they're investigating, today in the morning they sent me an email saying that my parcel is lost. Please advise me, because I want my shoes at the same price that I bought with and those shoes are available in their stores but at full price and I don't afford them when it is at full price, I saw one at Kolonade mall. It is not my fault, so I want the company to compensate me with the same product that I have bought. How come, please advise
