Sportscene supervisor in Durban worshop is very Rude and drama queen!

Hi guys, kindly help me to understand how can a person be called a supervisor if she rudely shouts at his collegues while helping customers. Ok this is what happened I was buying sandals and I asked someone to look for my size while he was busy expelaining that it was the last size they had and fortunately it was my siZe however, she rudely shouted at him about something that has nothing to do with my shoes and when I asked her to give us a chance to finish with that what we were saying shejumped i quote "you think u will tell me how to work here and have that tendecy of thinking that Customers are always right Never!"Not here not anymore" And so my question was to her can you stand what you are saying she said **** you go ahead i dont care what you are saying! Oh I got angry I told her to go review her management skills and go to hell! After that she called a security to take me out of the store my question is is this how Sportscene treat their customers?????? Oh should I ask do they call security when they supervisors speak however they want with thier customers?
