Sportscene still ****ing me over

I settled my sportscene account almost 3 years ago, but to my surprise when I checked my credit score for the first time im years I found that the account is still active on my credit report.

I cannot believe that after speaking to someone over the phone and them adviaing the account is closed and updated on my profile, that the ****ing account would still be affecting me. I am trying to buy a car and this is not helping

I will be contacting the OMBUDSMAN if I do not receieve any communication within 48 business hours.
