Sportscene Staff's ***********s'

Opened an account online at TFG Sportscene Store. 48Hours later I Still haven't received an SMS or Email.

I went into Sportscene to submit my ID and 3Months Bank Statement on 21st of September 2021.

48 Hours Later, Still No SMS.

23rd of September I phone TFG to get my Application Status. To My Surprise, They told me I still haven't submitted my documents.

The Lady asked me to go to Sportscene and ask them to phone and speak to here(Junita). Got there, they tried phoning but couldn't get through for 15min but when I phone it takes me less then 30 seconds to get through. Sportscene Cleary Park told me that there is nothing they can do.

I come back to work and phone TFG again and all they can do for me is nothing, Told me to resubmit my documents.

Feeling so ****ed that they employ people who do not do their work.
