Sportscene staff Terrible

I have had da worst experiences with sportscene n1 city; canal walk;parow centre and Vangate....wen will you guys improve your service especially during the festive season? N1 city always had 1 cashier u wait forever...Canal walk and Parow centres staff needs 2 learm about customer service as well as Vangate...i Went to go and exchange a T shirt at Vangate Mall Sportscene after having 2 wait 10mins 4 authorisation the female manager cums assists with an attitude after doing the exchange c threw da t-shirt i tukat me i tuk it as well as da reciepts dat was thrown at me...wen i got home i felt so bad and decided 2 fit on the t shirt upon that i realised c had given me the wrong slip...she gave me the store copy instead of my copy...im so furious and im sick of these staff treating customers like this...i have spent thousands at sportscene this festive season...this matter should be dealt with
