Sportscene staff needs proper training

On Friday the 3rd of September a emotional scene happened to me.i went shopping at Westgate Sportscene,I went to the fitting room to try on the clothes I was about to purchase.the fitting room was extremely dark so I lit on my cellphone torch,i got out of the fitting room and purchased the clothes .I went to take a taxi,as I was in the taxi I needed to call my mom and tell her I'm on my way back.i checked my phone in my pocket,****! It wasn't there I forgot it in the fitting room .when I arrived at home immediately I called the store and they didn't answer I tried calling more than 16 times.The next day early in the morning I and my parents went to the Store,we ask for the Manager and explained to him what happened.he started chasing us away we could see that he knew something.He was so disrespectful and wanted to use violence he didn't even give us a chance to explain ourselves we were so humiliated and disrespected.Westgate Sportscene employees are bunch of ******* including their Manager Siesss!!!
