Sportscene staff behavior and false accusation without evidence

Monday my wife went to Sportscene to look for a nice hand watch for herself. While she was fitting those watches, she was distracted by a phone call and her cellphone was inside her handbag. She had to take it out from her handbag. That's when one of the staff suspected that she stole the watch. They confronted her, they accused her of *****ing, staff members were loud and causing a scene. They told her that she's burned from the store for *****ing, insulting her, telling her that she's causing drama in the store and telling her to never come back. Sportscene employees were causing a scene and an embarrassing my wife in front of everyone without any evidence. She allowed them to search her including her handbag and they came out with NOTHING!!!! An embarrassment, all for nothing and no apology come out of anyone's mouth and even though an apology won't be enough. They way they were shouting, screaming and yelling at her in front of other customers. That really affected her, it made her cry at home and she can't even stop herself from talking about those false accusations and embarrasment your Sportscene staff in front of everyone. If this situation was handled in a more polite manner, this could have been different. The watch was later found at the store room and I wonder how did it get there. It's obvious that it's one of your staff members. She's now planning on making further moves on sewing and at this stage Sorry is not enough.
