Complaint about Misleading Nike A1 Lay-Buy Purchase:

After carefully selecting and placing the sneakers on lay-by over two months (this was around( Feb-April ), I was dismayed to find that the actual product I received was not at all what I had seen and approved prior to purchase. The sneakers I collected were visibly different in quality and condition compared to the ones I had initially chosen (the sneakers creased in a month! And after washing them, they looked like cardboard that’s rained on)

I suspect the sales associate who assisted me may have swapped out the original sneakers. This is an unacceptable and deceptive practice that has left me feeling cheated after investing a significant amount of money and time into this purchase. Never would they see my face ever again there!

I urge anyone considering a lay-buy at this store to be extremely cautious and vigilant in verifying the exact product they will be receiving, even after waiting patiently for months. It is disheartening to have one's expectations so significantly undermined, especially for such a substantial purchase.
