I don’t understand how they work but I’ve asked for my account to be closed down to the people whom they work and in hand with . Was told mg account was handed over I went and paid still have proof of payment but same amount that I paid 2020 it’s the same I’m owning 2022 I don’t know how and it’s just messing up with my credit score can y’all do the right thing n fix this thing coz I can’t keep up . How does such a big company don’t work with reliable company , this consumer friend just not helping but making things worse . I want my name cleared
