Sportscene Service with Keith sucks

Rushed all the way from work to sportscene just to get **** service from Keith and her Manager. I was at Sportscene today to do a sale just before closing time 17h45 and the lady Keith refused to help me because she already cashed up and closed her till even though closing time is only at 18h00. She informed me she will not open her till to assist me because it is to much work and she wants to go home early. I complained and she advise me to rather go to Totalsports because she will not help me today. She informed me that even though i want to complain at the area manager nothing will come of it because they are good friends. I will definitely never ever sit my foot at any Sportscene shop ever again . Keith's attitude sucks big time and she has no sense of customer service. Everybody knows that cash up only starts after doors close and it is a risk to do it beforehand while doors are open.
