Sportscene sad service

I bought a takkie online and reserved 2 pairs of the same takkie and was on the line with Jody while doing the process and she confirmed I will receive( as they received my payment) my takkie in 3-5 wdays and then I receive an email stating they cannot source the shoe.I was told that its depends when the payment clears etc but when you add to cart the item was reserved for 48hours and less than that I made payment with the agent on the line.So how can I not receive any of the 2 pairs ?
