Sportscene refund from June not paid and customer never contacted.

I ordered a bag in June which Sport scene didn't have and they said they will refund me but i am still waiting. I made so many calls to the call center with 0 help. I spoke to Jacquie van Wyk, Amanda Skade, with the same answers it will be refunded its the end of the year already and no one is assisting me. This is putrid service. I will never let anyone I know ever buy from Sportscene online again. The only person who tried to assist me was Ruan but I had issues with outlook and lost the e-mail address he gave me. I called back and they said he was on leave which I now believe to be a lie. What must be done to be refunded.!!!!!
