Sportscene Poor Customer Service

Good day , these are people are the best with bad customer service, I have been going different store try unblock my account and calling their stupid customer service team and some of them are hanging up the phone call and some they just keep quet like Ashley . I went to theirs for the 6th time and their telling me stories like no we are about to close , call the customer service, we have recieved your documents and all that **** .
