SPORTSCENE PAROW CENTRE

SPORTSCENE in Sanlam Centre oh what a shame , I've had a extremely bad experience with them. The level of customer service and being professional is just not in them , like there is no custom service in that place . On Thursday 29th of October 2020 I went to go and fetch my lay-bye which I had made a few days ago ( the 24th of October if I'm not mistaken). They made me wait more then 40 minutes for a lay-bye which I never got cause they couldn't find it. No one came to me to tell me that they are unable to find my items , I had to ask them what's going on where are the person who went to go an fetch my lay-bye an that's the only time I heard they they are looking for my lay-bye. 1 - I work in a customer service industry I know that you NEED to keep your client/customer informed at all times. 2 - the level of professionalism has gone out of the window. 3 - their customer service its extremely poor. 4 - the volume of their music outshines their customer service

To make a customer wait for more then 40 minutes just for them to not get their things that they came for its totally unacceptable I've wasted 40 minutes of my time and I've wasted my travelling fare to get there.

Their service is pathetic and I'm a regular there an if that is how they treat their customers then someone needs to keep an serious eye on the staff. Be more productive and professional in that place and keep the dancing on a level for once everything and everyone is well maintained or well taken care of.
