Sportscene package in limbo for a full 7 working days and no one can help or even know what`s going on

This has been probably the worst online shopping experience I have ever had.

I placed an order worth about R5000 on the 24th of November, up until now, the 2nd of December the status has not changed and remains in "Packing" after 7 working days. Calling their online shopping center for any sort of help is an exercise in futility because clearly no one there works. I have wasted a 100mins of airtime trying to get through to someone to help me.

On the one time I got through to someone they themselves didn't know what was going on and couldn't get a hold of a courier. They then created a ticket to be updated which never gets updated! I have emailed 3 times and had 3 tickets created and have still not received a response.

At this point I just want my money back and would highly suggest no one ever uses their online shopping. I wasn't looking to donate money to a large corporate and have no recourse.
