Sportscene online store, POOR SERVICE!!!!

Poor service, I had to submit a refund request on the 2nd of December due to their online store showing that an item in available then two days later after I have made a payment I got an email saying that the item is out of stock and I would get a refund. Its been over 10 days and still have not received my refund. I called their client care twice and they are apparently looking into the matter and I would get a call. It's been over 2days and still have to received any call from them. I must say their client care department is useless. Worse service ever!!!
