SportScene online should be OFF!

This is not the first time this has happened.

I purchased a sneaker online, all sizes available and according to the website in stock. I proceed to checkout and pay etc. Order CONFIRMED, just to receive an email a few days later:

"We're so sorry to tell you that we have not been able to source one or more of the products in your order placed on 21 August 2020. We have tried to find it in several stores, but due to high demand, we were not successful."

While this product is still "available" online for order online.

This is so disappointing, I am a loyal customer!
