Sportscene online shoping

I Ordered a Fila sendal for my Daughter on the 15 of December hoping that she would wheare it on Christmus Day, I waited for delivery with no communication on the ETA of delivery, I phoned on the 23rd to find out on the ETA delivery and was advised by the Agent that they will deliver on the 28th then gave me the contact details of the Courier Company, when i phoned they took me from pillar to post but did not get anywhere with them..I then phoned the Sportscene again to cancel the order as I had went to the other shop to buy the Sandle. and she advised that she has done so and will get my refund in 5 to 7 working days. I then go an SMS to say that I must accept deliver on the 28th, I phoned on the 29th Dec to say i got an SMS that i must expect delivery on the 28th and was advised it will be delivered on the 29th, till today there is no Delivery no communication...
