Sportscene online horror

My sportscene online experience was poor to say the least. I ordered a pair of Nike airforce white sneakers for my daughter. After 5 working days they delivered sneakers with two different sizes, the one sneaker looked like it was worn countless times. I was so disappointed and furious. I took them back for a refund. Thankfully they refunded me, but I’m disappointed in their poor service. How do you sell a customer something that’s so unworthy??? It’s shocking
