Sportscene online delivery

Had the worst experience with sportscene online. Ordered a pair of sneakers for Christmas on the 9th December and never received it. Called in to find out how long I needed to wait and I was told it's on its way from kzn and I would receive it within that same week. It's a whole week later and still nothing. It's about 2 hours before Christmas and I have no idea which shoes I'm supposed to wear as my order still hasn't been delivered after 3 weeks!
