Sportscene online customer unfriendly service

I placed an order the 18 of December using sportscene's online services and it is by far and wide the worst online experience I have had. It is shocking that such a big company can't run a decent online service. The delivery time for a standard delivery is 3-5 days, after day 5 I was told I would only receive my items after Christmas which I understood because of the amount of orders during the festive season. It is now 2 January and my items are in the wrong province and all I get is apologies. I highly recommend you use other online shopping services who are much more customer friendly or go to the store.
