Sportscene online bad service

I ordered a R1399 sneaker online on the 1st of August and made an eft payment only to receive an email days after that my order was returned due to the sneaker being sold out I don't know how since when I placed that order it was still available owk now they said I will automatically receive my refund within 7 days but still nothing and I have been trying to contact them but no one is interested in helping me out........please can sportscene give back my refund
