SPORTSCENE NIKE WOMAN AIR FORCE 1 LUCKY CHARMS’

To whom it may concern

It is with a heavy heart that I’m writing this email. Reason being, on the 27th November 2021 I purchased a @nike sneaker namely: Nike woman Air Force 1 Lucky Charms’ at @sportscene Rustenburg Mall. On 18th of December 2021, as I was walking the chain and the knob that holds the chain from one point to other broke. Then on the 19th of December 2021 I took the sneakers back to the @sportscene in Menlyn Pretoria because I am currently residing in Pretoria. I took the sneaker to @sportscene only to receive an appalling service from the floor manager. I got there I told them the events regarding the sneakers (which are stated above), the floor manager (I forgot his name) tells me that they can’t help me cause they won’t be able to sell shoes as they have been worn. Mhhhmm? (at this moment I’m wondering…. So if people return damaged goods this shop, @sportscene resells those products?) The tipping point is I wore these shoes twice 😳. Moreover, I am definitely disappointed in sportscene as a brand I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone after the experience more especially when I bought these shoes CASH!!! although I have an account, the amount of loyalty I had for @sportscene 🤮I even have a good mind of closing my account from @sportscene because they customer services at Menlyn Mall is ridiculously appalling.
