SportScene Mall of Africa has croocky people working there

SportScene at Mall of Africa has croocky people working there.On the 03/01/19 I did a laybuy there. 3days ago I received an sms saying I must go pay for my laybuy I get to the SportScene at Northgate I see on the system that my layby is cancelled.I called MOA the lady called Lebogang says she doesn’t know who cancelled my layby and the system is not showing?How is it possible that the system doesn’t show the date of cancellation and person who cancelled?Nvm that.Where is my money when they decided to cancel the layby? Where is my money. I’m rather annoyed. And the people at the store show no sense of concern or whatsoever.Number1 When you call the store, they either hang up or have their own conversations .So I don’t have my layby and I didn’t get my money.
