Sportscene malelane

Last week for the very first time I was visiting mpumalanga we found ourselves in malelane with my children and my son wanted to go to sports scene so we quickly went in and at the till the was this rude guy who was very rude and even embarrassed me in front of my son. I regret going there. I know the sports scene brand from gauteng where I come from. But the vibe and treatment was very different and the disrespect was on another level. That rude guy is not civilized person and he takes people for granted. He is ***ist and bully. That is now associated with ur brand. Sies man I'm so annoyed even thinking about it. Sportscene malelane is the worst. When I checked from my till slip it was the 12 May 2021 and the guys name is Samkelo. I wrote an email to customer care to report on the 18 May 2021 and since then I have not heard anything I'm so disappointed and disgusted at this point. Sportscene malelane u treat ur customers like trash. Even the customer care where I emailed they dnt care about their customers at all. They are not even worried about damaging their own brand.
