Sportscene Magazines cost

I have complained regarding the cost on my account of magazines charged in my account and was told they have been cancelled, when I went to Rustenburg Mall Sportscene.I am busy paying the account but the balance does not decrease, when I enquired they told me about those magazine charges and its not only the Magazines I am being charged for, on top of that I have not received not even a single magazine till to this date.I need assistance on this matter urgently
